About this Role:

Facade Manager required for a £20M, 18 storey accommodation block based in the Sutton, London area.

You must have concrete frame, high rise and mixed use development experience with a hands on approach to work.

Working  for one of the UK’s most successful construction and development company over the last 45 years with a turnover of over £300M

You will be responsible for:

Short-term programming of works, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, site logistics, quality control, inspection and test plans, client liaison, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, issue resolution.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management and communication skills and have experience of high rise and mixed use developments.

Once this project is complete you must be prepared to travel as projects are across the UK however there is another project started in Sutton as well as the London area.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and proactive, demonstrating excellent technical, organisational, man-management and communication skills.

You will ideally come from a construction management with BTEC in Building Studies, Building Engineering or Building Management HND / Degree in Construction Management

Knowledge of high rise and mixed use developments is essential.

You must have experience as a Façade Manager.

You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
