About this Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a variety of Civil Engineering projects potentially in the following sectors;
River & Marine
You will be responsible for the following;
Due to the variety of forms of contract used and complexity of the projects they work on, they prefer applicants for this role to have a background in working on civil engineering or rail infrastructure contracts. You are likely to have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or perhaps you joined as a Trainee and worked your way up to your current level. Either way, you will be commercially astute with a history of delivering projects within budget and possess the necessary interpersonal skills to work closely with client and site teams.

My client is a Regional Civil Engineering contractor, with offices throughout the UK. With a turnover last year of circa £100M and an estimated turnover this year of £130m, they are in an enviable position with a healthy forward order book. They work in a variety of sectors including highways, rail infrastructure, airports, RC structures, water and environmental.
