Site Secretary / Document Controller / Site Administrator
About this Role:
We have a requirement for a site based Secretary / Site Administrator starting ASAP until December 2021. The right candidate is required for a live construction project assisting the project team from managing the site documents to assisting the commercial team to send out enquires and collate information for the site teams.
Working within a busy site team and reporting to the Project manager you will be required to carry out the following duties:
Internal site document control
Writing up Reports
Recording of Meetings / site critical information
Health and safety registers
Setting up and running of document registers
Assisting the site based Project Manager and site team
About the Company/Client/Project:
My client is an established main contractor specialising in commercial construction projects.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Previous site admin experience is essential, and previous experience working within the construction industry is preferred.
Have the ability to communicate effectively with people, alongside basic I.T. / typing skills and knowledge of administrative principles and their application.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
