Site Manager Internal Fit Out
About this Role:
An Experienced Site manager /fit out manager is urgently required to work on the finishing stages up to completion on an industrial facility and offices from November to January .
About the Company/Client/Project:
This project is live, on site and the internals packages are in full flow with the cladding and roofing packages completed.
Reporting to the project manager you will be the on site manager responsible for everything from site safety to management of the work force across the various fit out packages and dealing with quality checks and coordination of trades sub-contractors across the scheme.
Candidates must be able to “ get out on site “and deliver the job with the site teams and be able to contribute in meetings with your project manager and specialist sub contract teams to solve issues and keep the job moving.
You will be conversant with hand held snagging apps and be able to manage subcontractor quality, reports and site diary’s on a daily basis as you coordinator the sub-contractor teams both in their weekly meetings and out on site on a day to day basis.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Applicants must have at least 10 years’ experience of the fit out / finishing stages of large commercial project and ideally with a trades or civil engineering background along with up to date CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid.
