About this Role:
Great opportunity for an experienced No.1 Site Manager to work on an educational refurbishment project. Value approximately £5M
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site based construction activities, including:
• Mid and short-term programming of works,
• Input to design development,
• Health and safety,
• Review of method statements,
• Risk assessments,
• Call off of materials,
• Logistics, quality control,
• Client liaison,
• Coordination meetings,
• Reporting on progress against program
• Snagging and handover
About the Company/Client/Project:
Regional contractor with a turnover of £160M
Projects ranging from £10K – £20M within the commercial, education, health and industrial sectors.
Working on traditional contracting, D&B, frameworks and partnering as well as PFI and PPP projects.
Regional coverage throughout Oxford.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

• First aid
• Ability to lead a team
