About this Role:
Due to expansion, with a number of sites due to start during the next quarter across Hampshire an opportunity has arisen for a strong Site Manager to join their team.
You will come from a developer background and be responsible for all duties as number 1 on site.
You will have strong people skills and be able to get the most out of your team, working hard to achieve deadlines without compromising on quality.
With plenty of land banked for the future coming progression opportunities are strong with current expansion plans.
About the Company/Client/Project:
My client are local experts who look to create a small, select number of developments in beautiful locations.
They care about what they build, where they build and how they build it.
This particular project consists of 59 traditional build houses.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Degree qualified is preferred but not essential with directly relevant experience being the defining factor.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of your successes.
Applicants must have significant experience of working on residential projects as well as in the management of H & S, and the design and procurement processes
Applicants must have experience of managing all aspects of the build process; the applicant will be required to coordinate the packages from the design and procurement phase through to installation on site and handover.
Trade experience and site experience preferable
Up to date knowledge of health and safety obligations and building legislation
CSCS Card at Site Manager level
Valid SMSTS certificate
Valid First Aid at Work certificate
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
