About this Role:

We have a long term position for a Freelance site engineer to work on a large infrastructure and ground works package near Salisbury for a privately owned civil engineering contractor.

The suitable candidate is likely to have a civil engineering background and have experience with reading and interpreting drawings, checking drawings for accuracy and build ability, dealing with design queries and raising/resolving technical queries. 

The works will involve setting out the roads, kerbs, sewers, drainage, services and foundations.

You will be a key member of the team and be prepared to take responsibility and owner ship working alongside the site foreman, manager and project manager.

About the Company/Client/Project:

The contractor are a regional contractor working across civil engineering and construction projects including ground works, road works, earthworks and excavation.
