About this Role:

An experienced document controller ideally with 4 projects experience is required for this construction project in the Andover area on site for the next 15 months

About the Company/Client/Project:

Reporting to the project manager you will be responsible for site admin and document control and assisting on the design coordinators based in the site office and managing the information for the construction team.

Duties will include:

Internal site document control

Writing up Reports

Scanning documents

Recording of Meetings/ site critical information

Health and safety registers

Setting up and running of document registers 

Assisting the site based Project Manager and site QS

Incoming phone enquiries

General admin/reception duties

Requirements including certificates and Qualifications:

4 project or similar experience is preferable!  But more important is experience of working on construction projects in the past and being located in commutable working distance to Andover long term.

Candidates must have a good I.T.  And typing skills and be able to deal with visitors and incoming phone calls.
