Site Admin/Document Controller
About this Role:
An experienced document controller ideally with 4 projects experience is required for this on site construction project in the Malmsbury area.
About the Company/Client/Project:
Reporting to the project manager you will be responsible for site admin and document control and assisting on the design coordinators tasks on this live scheme on site till late December / January.
Duties will include:
Internal site document control
Writing up Reports
Recording of Meetings/ site critical information
Health and safety registers
Setting up and running of document registers
Assisting the site based Project Manager and site QS
Incoming phone inquiries’
General admin / reception duties
Requirements including certificates and Qualifications:
4 projects experience is preferable! but more important is experience of working on construction sites in the past
Ideally with a strong Main contractor background and used to working on sites with multiple sub-contractors in the past you will have a good grasp of online document control, you will be immediately available smart , presentable and with a good front of house and phone manner.
Candidates must have a good I.T. And typing skills and be able to deal with visitors and incoming phone calls.
