About this Role:
Experienced Project Manager required to work on a projects in the Hampshire and Surrey areas.
Clients will include local authority, city councils and the NHS as well as the commercial sector.
Projects include working o schools, colleges, hospitals, churches and local authority housing both refurbishment and new build.
Values range from £250K - £3M
Reporting to the Construction Manager with full responsibility for manging the project from pre-construction including the programming of works, buildability, logistics planning, health and safety, quality control, detailed design development with the client through to completion and handover.

My client is a leading construction company specialising in both the public and commercial sector covering the South of England.
Clients include County Councils, Local Authorities and the NHS as well as the commercial sector.
Carrying out many projects at schools, colleges, hospitals, churches and council owned housing.
Specialising in projects in the range £250,000 to £3,000,000
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
You will ideally be educated to degree level or similar NVQ level, with a sharp eye for detail and quality throughout.
You will have worked on similar projects within local authorities, education and commercial both new build and refurbishment.
You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
