About this Role:
Great opportunity for an commercially experienced Project Manager to work on a £6.5M new build Primary School in Ludgershall.
18 month programme due to start July 2018
You will be involved in the pre-construction of the project working closely with the estimators, design team working through to financial close, construction and delivery on site.
Reporting to the Construction Manager with full responsibility for manging the project from pre-construction including the programming of works, buildability, logistics planning, health and safety, quality control, detailed design development with the client through to completion and handover.
About the Company/Client/Project:
Main contractor with a turnover of £196M
Working on projects ranging from £850K - £30M within the commercial, education, health, leisure, retail and residential sectors.
Working on traditional contracting, D&B, frameworks and partnering as well as PFI and PPP projects.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree
SMSTS or IOSH
Asbestos awareness training
Ability to lead a team
Proven skills in programme management
Fit Out experience ideally within the retail sector
