About this Role:
Internals Manager required to work for a Leading Developer on a prestigious project in the Bournemouth area.
You will be working with an established and very professional team delivering 2 x 6 storey residential tower blocks and 1 x 6 storey 100 room hotel.
You will be expected to have come from a trades background and have an excellent eye for detail.
The products used within this development are of a high standard and as such require the prior knowledge of an experienced manager.
Within the finishing role you will be managing the tiling, flooring, decorating, mirrors, vanity tops, mastic sealants, ceilings, cleaning and snagging.
You will need to have the ability to work to tight deadlines and understand the programme in depth.
You will be delivering a floor at a time and therefore time management of both yourself and the subcontractors is a must.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Managing all site based construction activities
• Mid and short-term programming of works
• Health and safety
• Review of method statements
• risk assessments
• call off of materials
• quality control
• client liaison
• coordination meetings
• reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
• Similar & relevant project experience - ideally trades background
• CSCS Managers card
• First Aid
• HND / HNC advantageous
