About this Role:

General Foreman required for a tier one contractor delivering waste and potable water projects across the South East of England as part of the AMP7 framework. You will manage projects in wastewater treatment works; pumping stations; processing plants; biofilter replacements and more.

The business acts as the principle contractor when delivering works, depending on the size of the project you will report to the site based manager or visiting site manager. Ideally you will have experience of working in the water sector and have the ability to solve challenging problems to achieve the highest quality. Managing subcontractors you will ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and within budget.

If you are delivering successful and timely projects it will enhance the opportunity to win repeat business from the client.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience running civil engineering project from inception to completion.
