About this Role:

Experienced General Foreman required for a prestigious new Public Open Space in Hampshire. The project is due for completion in early 2020 including; earthworks; remediation; landscaping; footpaths; roads and more. You will represent the company in an excellent manor when dealing with our new International Joint Venture Client.

Working with the site team you will liaise with the Project Manager and Engineer to ensure the project is delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. Ideally the right candidate will have experience of civil engineering projects and is competent with reading drawings, directing specialist sub-contractors and own labour force.

You will have the ability to look ahead driving the project and problem solving when and where if necessary. Some of these projects may include:

Infrastructure from junction upgrades to new access roads over waterways

Energy, wind and hydro development

Bulk earthworks

Remediation including, soil washing, water treatment, chemical reduction and more

About the Company/Client/Project:

A successful national contractor with offices across the UK they have completed projects across the length and breadth of the country.

Requirements including certificates and qualifications:

Experienced within Civil Engineering.

Good word and excel skills.

CSCS card.

Ideally SMSTS

Health and Safety management.

Site supervision.

Liaise with client and specialist sub-contractors.

Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK
