Construction Manager Fit Out
About this Role:
An Experienced project manager /fit out manager is urgently required to work on the finishing stages up to completion on a new build offices block until march next year
About the Company/Client/Project:
This project is live, on site and the internals packages are in full flow with the cladding and roofing packages completed.
The project is a 3 storey steel frames building with associated car parking / external works.
Reporting to the Senior project manager you will be the on site manager responsible for everything from site safety to management of the work force across the various fit out packages and dealing with quality checks and coordination of trades sub-contractors across the scheme.
Candidates must be able to “get out on site “and derive the job with your PM and no2 site manager
You will manage both technical information and site safety to keep the job moving.
You will be IT literate and have a good grasp of logistics and sub contact coordination on fast paced fit oust
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Applicants must have at least 10 years’ experience of the fit out / finishing stages of large commercial projects and ideally with a trades or civil engineering background along with up to date CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid.
