About this Role:

Experienced Construction Manager required working with the team on a £100 new build multiphase residential scheme with 6 blocks up to 4 storeys in height with RC podium car park and retail / communal areas.

About the Company/Client/Project:

The contractor is an up and coming ambitious contractor with a year on year growth since 2014 bucking the industry trends.

Our client has experience and a proven track record in the delivery of new build Rc framed projects up to £200 million in value in the commercial and residential sectors.

You will be Charge of the RC and structural packages with a number of blocks as the technical lead on that package.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the RC ground works and externals packages and all construction activities for this including:

Short-term programming of works

Design information review

Health and safety

Logistics/delivery schedules


Lifting plans

Pre-start meetings

As the technical lead you will from start to finish  deal with, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc. snagging and handover.

Requirements including certificates and Qualifications:

Ideally from a degree educated or engineer  background, with a keen technical understanding of  various  RC structures and Large mixed use schemes  you will be  a focused and driven Construction  manager looking to deliver  a quality scheme and progress to project manager level in the future .

You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
