Assistant Site Manager
About this Role:
Great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager Finishing Manager to work for a Regional contractor with a turnover of £120M
Working on an £8M care home in the final stages of the project. You will be reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager.
You will be assisting the Site and Project Manager with all site based construction activities, including health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, logistics, quality control, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover.

Regional contractor with a turnover of £120M
Working on projects ranging from £4M – £15M within the commercial, education, health, industrial and residential sectors.
Working on traditional contracting, D&B, frameworks and partnering as well as PFI and PPP projects.
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Minimum HNC/HND Building Studies or Construction related degree
SMSTS or IOSH
