Job Description:
You will be responsible for completing an existing snagging list and dealing with the management of the finishing trades through to handover on a New build and refurb Education project.
Ideally from a trades background through to senior management you will have a sharp eye for detail and finishes, excellent man management ability, possess proactive problem solving ability, with a positive, ‘get it right first time’ approach.
Previous main contractor experience is essential as you will be asked to act as number 1 senior site manager fro health and safety as well as operational duties on a day to day basis .Candidates senior site management ability must be able to be displayed on your Cv with steady work history at each contractor.
High standards, attention to detail and the drive to deliver the job on time, spec and budget will be well rewarded with further opportunity’s for the right Candidate . Applicants must have an up to date CSCS card as a minimum with 1ST AID and SMSTS an advantage although not a essentials
