Job Description:
You will be responsible for the compilation of client, technical and commercial information, regarding complex and high profile schemes in the fit out and refurbishment sector.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is the client company’s first step in selecting the contractor to whom it will appoint to undertake it’s project, and the key document t ensure a place on the tender list.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing; Duties will include:
•Manage and coordinate the completion of all Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
• Maintain an up to date knowledge-bank and case study portfolio
• Support the Pre-construction teams in the submission of Tenders
• Maintain the feedback folder with PQQ’s and Tenders
• Research PQ websites such as Bluelight, London Tenders and other various portals for upcoming PQ’s or tenders
• Produce and update marketing literature
• Manage and maintain the CRM system
• Submit client satisfaction questionnaires and maintain results
• Provide back-up in respect of other admin functions, when necessary
• Have input into the Sustainability Steering Committee
• Work as an effective member of the marketing team
Previous experience of undertaking this role for a main contractor marketing team will be an advantage.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, plus be able to work well within a busy team and to tight deadlines.
You will be highly motivated and well organised demonstrating a high level of computer literacy. .
