Job Description:
The client contractor is a small main contractor with a high level of technical expertise and competitive edge, plus excellent client contacts and levels of repeat business in various sectors.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for your team and control of your project as No1 from pre-contract stages, throughout construction to handover.
You will be highly motivated and professional, demonstrating excellent technical, commercial and contractual knowledge, with sound organisational, man-management and communication skills.
You will be degree qualified, with a proven track record of success with a main contractor, and experience of the education or healthcare sector would be advantageous. Previous experience of working for Oxford University within a live campus would be ideal.
You will have a sharp eye for detail and finishes, you will possess strong planning and problem solving ability, with a positive, ‘get it right first time’ approach.
