Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join this busy regional contractor and be based both on site and whilst working on smaller projects at the regional office.
Responsibility’s are to manage all commercial aspects from procurement to final account with a heavy biased on coast controlling as many of the clients will be on existing frame work deals
There are a number of schemes both live and secured over the next few years to follow on projects of a similar nature and size in the area, which you will go on contribute to commercially .
Ideally from a main commercial contractor background not a developer and you will have extensive practical experience of Cost control on new build and refurb projects for local authority housing associations.
You will be practical and ‘hands on’ in approach, with excellent man management and communication skills.
Essential skills include excellent contractual, commercial and technical construction knowledge, whilst maintaining good client and sub-contractor relationships throughout.
