Welcome to the Information for Recruiter page on the AllTek website. The more I read of other recruiters sales information - we are the largest this! We have tens of thousands of candidates on our database! We turnover more than a large European country! etc etc. The more I believe we at AllTek have achieved the perfect balance. We don't have a huge database because we deal mainly on Referrals with people. We don't have offices in Ulan Bator because we are focused on recruiting for the same Regional and National Companies for the past 20 years.

The continuity of the Directors and staff at AllTek ensure client and candidate history stay within the company allowing a more successful interview to placement ratio.

Our processes remain constant and rigorous whether at Foreman or Director level and with the added safeguards of checking for Right to Work in the UK, Health and Safety, Qualifications, Educational background and previous work performance we are confident that our after sales policy will only provide positive feedback.
